**Pricing**
– All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
**Commission Deposit Requirement**
– A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total purchase price is required to secure your order. This deposit confirms your commitment to purchase and allows us to begin processing your order.
**Payment Methods**
– We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and other electronic payment methods as specified on our website.
**Full Payment**
– The remaining balance must be paid in full before the Painting is shipped. We will notify you when your Painting is ready for final payment and shipping.
3. **No Refund Policy**
**Sales and Commissions**
– All sales and commission orders are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once the purchase is complete.
**Exceptions**
– In the unlikely event that a Painting arrives damaged due to shipping, please refer to our “Shipping Damage” section below for further instructions.
4. **Shipping and Delivery**
**Shipping Costs**
– Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the Painting. These costs will be communicated to you at the time of purchase and are payable in addition to the purchase price.
**Shipping Method**
– We utilize reputable courier services for the safe and timely delivery of Paintings. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
**Shipping Timeframe**
– Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7-14 business days from the date of full payment. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the specific courier.
**Shipping Damage**
– Upon receiving your Painting, please inspect it immediately. If you notice any damage that may have occurred during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the damage and packaging. We will assess the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.
International deliveries:
Shipping originals 1-2 weeks.
prints 1-4 weeks.
Tracking is included with all shipments.
Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are determined by your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer. As the seller, I am not responsible for any delays or additional costs incurred due to customs processing or import taxes.
Prints are always delivered rolled if you haven’t ordered the framing.
The completion time for commissioned work is 1-4 months depending on the situation.

– The timeline for commissioned artworks will be agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. Delays caused by requests for changes may impact the estimated completion date.

**Artistic Variation**
– Due to the nature of artistic expression, there may be slight variations between the displayed images and the final Painting. Such differences are inherent to the creative process and are not considered defects.
**Limitation of Liability**
– Our liability is limited to the value of the Painting purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the sale, delivery, or use of the Painting.
